I get emails quite often asking if I can build a sump for them, and if I can ship it. Yes, I can and have for some time now. However, I've finally gotten to the point that I just have to review and update the shipping part of the equation. For a long time, I boxed up sumps for free, only charging what it cost in materials plus what FedEx charges.
2007 is behind us, and I thought it would be interesting to post a few statistics for the year.

After coming across this thread about a DIY denitrifier, I ordered the goods to build one myself.
What I did was run about 25' of red tubing before the denitrification system. The first cartridge is some sulfur-based media I got from a friend, and if the bag was what it came in, it is made by Sera.

I added another Tubastrea colony to my suncoral tank in exchange for a couple of frags. I'll be feeding it along with all the other suncorals & Dendrophyllia, so that hopefully it'll be pretty again one day.
