Corals aren't always neighbors

Here are the pictures of my son's new 29g that replaced the 10g setup he had for a year. This tank is my old one that I cleaned up and reversed.

The Gold Striped Maroon Clownfish are hiding, but the Purple Pseudochromis is visible on the right hand side. In my 55g, I have a small frag of Montipora capricornis that I've been growing for a couple of months. It finally took off and started to show some real growth while I was out of town for a week.

Two days later, I saw it had been dislodged and was sitting upside down on this Acropora millepora, which stung it badly. Chemical warfare is how corals secure space in the natural reef, and this continues in our tanks as well. The cap was badly stung, and bleached where it suffered.
