Magnesium Pronto 1000g

Magnesium Pronto 1000g
$20.00

Two Little Fishies Magnesium Pronto is a fast-dissolving blend of pure anhydrous magnesium chloride and magnesium sulfate that makes it easy and economical to rapidly raise the magnesium ion concentration in aquariums. Supplemental magnesium is often required for reef aquariums because corals, clams, snails, tube worms, and calcareous algae extract it from the water. Mix up the correct dose per the instructions listed on the label.

AccuraSea Calibration Solution

$12.00

When you calibrate a refractometer, you should use 35ppt calibration solution for the most accurate reading. Others advise to use RO/DI water, which is incorrect and will lead to misleading values. AccuraSea (get it?) is designed for the hobbyist.  Place a few drops on the clean lens of your refractometer, and adjust the scale to match 35ppt.  That's it, your device is now ready to measure the salinity of your aquarium or newly mixed saltwater.

Elos Phosphate Test Kit - PO4

Elos Phosphate Test Kit - PO4
$23.00

Phosphate (PO4) build up in aquariums appears to be a fairly common problem in freshwater and saltwater aquariums. They are present in most tap water supplies and are also introduced to aquarium water through fish waste, uneaten fish food, and decaying plant and invertebrate material. Hobbyists end up with rising levels of PO4, leading to the appearance of algae that start to cover the tank panes, the substrate and just about anything else in the tank.

Two Little Fishies AcroPower 500ml

Two Little Fishies AcroPower 500ml
Two Little Fishies AcroPower 500ml
$20.00

AcroPower supplies amino acids that corals need to build their skeletal architecture. Like other cnidaria, corals have a special ability to uptake dissolved amino acids across their entire surface. Closed system aquariums with protein skimming and other ULN (ultra-low nutrient) filtration methods deplete amino acids that are vitally important for coral health. Corals become more colorful within days due to the extension of the growing margins when AcroPower is used.

500ml bottle

Dosage: Shake well; 5ml per 25-gallons of liquid volume, weekly or more often.

Reborn calcium reactor media

$39.00

Reborn is the calcium reactor media I'm using now for my 400g reef.  It's clean, nice and course and is ready to use right out of the bag. The 8.8 lbs of media was a little more than my calcium reactor could hold, so I'll have some to top off with later.

Reborn is a product of Two Little Fishies.

This is a 4 kilogram bag (8.8 lbs) of media.

BioSpheres NP Biopellets

$30.00

I've been using biopellets in my reef since February 2011, and love the freedom it provides for me to feed my reef often.  My fish are fat, the corals are vivid, the water quality stays in check because of the polymer media.  For my full write up about biopellets and how I use them, here's my article with tips and suggestions: http://melevsreef.com/articles/biopellets

Reef Octopus's BioSpheres available in two sizes:
500ml
1000ml

I sell these because I use them.
