The Arc Eye Hawkfish (or Horseshoe Hawkfish) - Paracirrhites arcatus - lacks a swim bladder and that's why it is seen perching on rocks all the time instead of swimming around. They come from the tropical Pacific and Indian oceans, and are usually pretty peaceful but large ones will attack fish and crustaceans they think they can eat... so keep a close eye on one if you get one. They can grow up to 5" in length. Reef-safe-ish. ;)
